After your order has been Shipped, our team will promptly provide you with the tracking information.

Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders are on full advance payment.
The order can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of receiving the order via email or over the phone.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order at the time of placing the order, which will also be noted on your order confirmation email or via text. We do not ship on Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number.
For all orders within India, we offer free shipping.
Delivery Charges for International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased.

We do not accept returns on any product. Only in the case the product is received in a damaged condition, a request return should be sent to us at sales@geethikakanumilli.co within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Before your shipment leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.
All products are hand embroidered and made to order - we don’t accept any returns or exchange. However we can assist you for alterations, if notified within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
